LIMITED WARRANTY
ATELIERS INC. warrants the Xpress and Xpress Pro etching presses to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of the original retail purchase. The Uber Press is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of the original retail purchase. Within the covered warranty period, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge and within a reasonable time period. Any postage, insurance, and shipping charges incurred in returning the press for any purpose shall be paid by the consumer.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE WARRANTER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.
ONCE THE PRODUCT IS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CONSUMER: THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PRODUCT DAMAGE NOT DUE TO A DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, OR RESULTING EITHER FROM CONTINUING USE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR FROM OTHER THAN NORMAL PRINTING USE, INCLUDING REPAIR OR DISASSEMBLY BY ANYONE NOT AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY ATELIERS INC.
In addition to the foregoing Warranty, the consumer is granted a THIRTY (30) DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE from the date of the original retail purchase. The product must be returned in the original condition, shipping prepaid. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied against all thirty-day returns. This warranty is non-transferable.
Ateliers Inc. has made every effort to incorporate safety features into its product. Nevertheless, our product, like any machinery in which moving parts are exposed and pressures are generated, does demand caution of the operator. We must insist, therefore, that both hands be removed from the bed while printing.
